Barba Sparkling White Wine
A cuvée of indigenous grapes, including Verdiso and Perera, which express their identity in a fresh and young wine, straw yellow in color and with hints of white fruit and citrus in its bouquet. A fresh taste and balanced acidity integrate with notes of peach and grapefruit as well as suggestions of flowers, to form a soft perlage that grants a feeling of lightness to the palate.

Now, here there’s fun to be had! The Barba Frizzante lends itself to just about any occasion, from elevenses, to afternoon breaks in the hills, to light meals of white meat or delicate fish, to aperitifs with the typical “cicchetti” of Venetian tradition, to midnight snacks! It is particularly excellent with cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses.

Medium sized chalice with a tall bowl that tapers in slightly to a narrow mouth.
